- 5 / 5By Clay EavensonI recently moved to Westminster, SC and had to get a couple of new tires at Black's Automotive and Tire (I'm pretty sure that's their name)... anyway, asked the folks at Black's where I could get a bite to eat for breakfast within walking distance, and they said to go to Waters.
Great call! Amazing biscuits & gravy, huge sausage patty, and awesome grits. I added a sweet tea. Total price was about $6.50! You can't beat that!
i highly recommend snagging breakfast here if you're in town.
